An ingenious invention on Weber®’s part, this Gourmet BBQ System® allows the chef to cook more variations of food than ever before – simply change the insert to accommodate whatever you want to cook!

This stainless steel 57cm replacement cooking grate features the hinged system that makes the original grate so successful allowing you to add coals to your BBQ without removing the whole thing. However, this one features a removable (30cm diameter) insert allowing you to replace it with one of three additional accessories; the kettle griddle, sear grate or wok that can be purchased separately. Ideal for giving you more cooking options with the 57cm Compact, 57cm One-Touch®, One-Touch® Deluxe, Performer® and the Performer® Deluxe mode
